- Measure & set out pool location
- Excavate subsoil (subsoil may be removed or remain as part of the landscaping)
- Erected and connect panels together
- Concrete the panel supports in.
- Install pool pipe work,
- Back fill and build in reinforced ring beam
- Fit accessories i.e.pool lights etc.
- Screed the pool floors • Fix the linerlock, lay the pool coping
- Lay underlay and install pool liner
- Commission swimming pool
Constructing a panel pool
- Good points are there is less materials used in this type of swimming pool construction
- No block work to construct
- Less sand and cement used
- No need to render the walls although the floor and angled walls will still need to be screeded
- Reinforced concrete is poured to form what is known as a ring beam. around outside the panels to give extra strength and support to pool
- Against: Ridged panels. are not as strong or stable as concrete block construction and are prone to movement if not installed correctly
